Staying at Downtown INN Kyoto

After meeting with university friends at a bar in Kyoto, I stayed at the Downtown Inn Kyoto, a wooden capsule hotel in Sijo, Kyoto. It was brand new, clean and comfortable. The price was 2500 yen per night. It seems me a half of the guests were from abroad, and most of them were traveling with backpacks Some looked like company employees failing to catch the last train....
